LapTop Cover

Santa Claus brought me new laptop and I got worried that I might scratch it (accidentally of course), so something had to be done.
Options wore:
* buy a laptop bag
* sew a laptop bag
* crochet a laptop bag
* knit a laptop bag
Answer was obviously CROCHET.
And yarn had to be thick - so it would protect the laptop.

I had black t-shirt yarn at home, so that was my choice. Any other color would be nice too, but black suits for my home 😌.

Instructions:
Crochet so many chain crochet that it makes around your laptop. It can be little tight because t-shirt yarn is very flexible, so you don't have to leave extra room for laptop.
Make a circle out of chains and then just crochet around and around until your laptop fits in it.

Continue with half of chains and narrow off one chain both sides in every row. You get triangle shaped flap this way. When you have only three chains - make loop for button. As big as you like.

Sew the cover bottom together by hand and button in place and your cover is ready!

LÄPPÄRI SUOJA

Joulupukki oli niin ihana tänä vuonna, että toi minulle uuden läppärin lahjaksi! Minua hiukan hirvitti etten vain naarmuttaisi uutta konettani, joten asiallehan oli tehtävä jotain.
Vaihtoehdot olivat:
* läppärilaukun osto
* läppärilaukun ompeleminen
* läppärilaukun virkkaaminen
* läppärilaukun neulominen
Ja oikea vaihtoehto näistä on tietysti: VIRKKAAMINEN.

Musta trikookude oli minun valintani tähän työhön sen paksuuden vuoksi. Plus minulla oli sitä valmiina kotona ja se sopi sisustukseeni 😌.

Ohje: (on helppo)
Virkkaa niin monta ketjusilmukkaa, että ne riittää läppärisi ympäri. Yhdistä piilosilmukalla ja virkkaa kiinteitä silmukoita niin monta kierrosta, että läppärisi mahtuu syntyvään pussukkaan. 
Nyt jatka vain puolella silmukoista ja kavenna joka kierroksella kummassakin reunassa yksi silmukka pois. Näin syntyy kolmiomainen läppä. Tee kolmion päähän lenkki napille. 

Ompele käsin suojan pohja kiinni ja nappi paikoilleen.
Nyt läppärisi suoja on valmis!

SWEET CROCHET CROWN

Sometimes you just want to crochet something very fast and easy. This crown is just that! And cute as well!

In this princess crown I used regular acrylic yarn - cotton would be okey too, but wool is maybe too itchy. This size is suitable for oneyear-old. In the picture my 11-year daughter is the model so that's why it doesn't go around the head. But I think it is beautiful on her too 😍.

I'm sorry I don't have instructions for this. If you have used to crochet then you can do this by my pictures and for all the others I say: Pinterest. There just type 'crochet lace' and you find many options to choose from.
Remember: don't pick too tall lace because then it woun't stand up without hardening.

Then few pearls to the center and crown is finished!

SÖPÖ VIRKATTU KRUUNU

Joskus on vain pakko virkata jotain helppoa ja nopeaa. Tämä kruunu on juuri sellainen ja ihanan söpökin vielä!
Olen käyttänyt tässä ihan tavallista akryylilankaa. Puuvillalanka olisi myös hyvä, mutta villalankaa en suosittele sen kutittamisen vuoksi. 
Yksivuotiaalle kummitytölleni meni pään ympärille ja kuvassa on 11-vuotiaan kutreilla. Pysyy pystyssä ilman mitään kovetetta.
Pitsi on kokeneelle virkkaajalle varmasti helppo matkia kuvasta ja muita kehoitan matkaamaan Pinterestin upeaan maailmaan. Sieltä etsintään 'crochet lace' ja valitse omaa silmääsi miellyttävä. Mitä matalampi  - sitä paremmin pysyy pystyssä ilman kovetetta.

Lopuksi vain muutama helmi haluamiisi paikkoihin ja kruunu on valmis!
